Gampaha Wickramarachchi Thrikatukadee Kwatha, or Thrikatu Kwatha, is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulation from Sri Lanka. It consists of three key ingredients: Pippali (Long Pepper), Chavya (Java Long Pepper), and Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica). Thrikatu Kwatha is prepared as a decoction and is known for its digestive support, respiratory health benefits, metabolic support, detoxification properties, and immune system strengthening.
